The Guadalupe Committee and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles cordially invites you to the oldest religious procession in Los Angeles, where thousands of Catholic faithful of different ethnic communities gather to honor Our Lady of Guadalupe and St. Juan Diego. Catholic Schools and parish groups are welcomed to participate in the float contest, where the three first winners are awarded with a certificate and financial support to be used for technology updates at the parish or school.
The Catholic Communication Collaboration (C3) provides the three winning floats with technology grants to be used by the parish or school. Third place receives $1000, second place receives $2000 and first place receives $3000.
Floats decorated by Catholic schools, parish groups and ministries from the diverse communities of the Archdiocese, indigenous dancers, and thousands of faithful will escort the pilgrim images of Our Lady of Guadalupe and St. Juan Diego at the Procession on Dec. 1.
Please register by 11 p.m. on November 25, 2019.
